All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices include GST unless otherwise stated. Government rebates and incentives are subject to eligibility and availability at the time of installation.
All installations are performed by CEC-accredited installers in compliance with Australian Standards (AS/NZS 5033 and AS/NZS 4777). Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, grid connection requirements, and council approvals.
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Energy Harbour AU provides a workmanship warranty covering installation quality. Warranty terms and conditions are detailed in the installation agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Energy Harbour AU's liability is limited to the re-supply of services or payment of the cost of having services re-supplied.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
